About the Role

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customers’ enquiries, complaints and requests via the official engagement channels
  2. Upsell & Cross sell products to customers
  3. Create Job card and confirm with both the customer & production team
  4. Follow up with prospects weekly
  5. Give updates to customers regularly and promptly via engagement channels
  6. Send invoices and quotes to customers
  7. Log customers orders promptly and accurately
  8. Respond to comments across all social media channels
  9. Prepare weekly report and send to line manager promptly
  10. Any other tasks assigned to you by your line manager

Qualifications:


For this role, these are the qualifications we look for:
  1. 3+ years of experience as a customer service personnel/creating unique customer buyer Journey
  2. 3+ years of work experience in one of our countries of operation (Kenya,Nigeria)
  3. Experience with handling and Managing Social Media Platforms
  4. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse team members to achieve goals.
  5. Experience as a sales and marketing officer
  6. Language: English is required. Other notable and useful languages are Swahili

Preferred Start Date: As soon as possible
