UI/UX designer

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team.

As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best web and mobile user experience.

The designer will also be expected to design the overall user experience of our products and iterate upon them in accordance with user-testing.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
• Test concepts and ideas before implementation.
• Constantly improve and optimize on existing user interfaces by identifying design problems and devising solutions for them.
• Testing designs for intuitivity and user experience.
• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Designing UI elements such as navigation menus, forms, tabs, and other widgets on both mobile and web interfaces.
• Conduct ongoing user experience research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Portfolio of design products.
• Ability to discuss and explain design options in a clear and concise manner.
• 3 years’ experience as a UI-UX designer or similar role.
• Working knowledge in prototyping and design software such as InVision, Illustrator, Dreamweaver.
• Strong experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with modern web development frameworks.
• Customer-centered problem solver.
• Detail oriented and a critical thinker.
