Consultant – Gender and HCD Research with Women

With support from the Africa Digital Financial Inclusion Facility (ADFI), Pula is looking to scale up delivery of digital microinsurance products in Kenya, Nigeria and Zambia, with a specific focus on reaching women farmers. The scope of this work is to carry out a gender and human centered design (HCD) study in the target countries to understand the insurance needs of women farmers and recommend features of a digital microinsurance solution that will drive uptake and adoption amongst them. The consultant will be required to advise on further specific questions focused on the end-users (women smallholder farmers) that need to be explored to achieve the goals of the program.
