The Platform Support Engineer, will be responsible for the availability and stability of the Betika platform within the agreed performance thresholds. This will be through ensuring that all applications within the platform are proactively monitored to ensure services are running as expected. He/She will attend to reported platform issues within the shortest time possible as well as proactively identify potential issues that would interfere with the proper running of the platform. This will include issue resolution from L1 and escalation at L2, L3 and subsequent feedback. He/She will work closely with the DevOps team in making changes to the platform to ensure a smooth change process. This role also includes building and maintaining internal systems used for monitoring and reporting platform and business events.
