Ajira Connect is looking for a Sales Executive who is well conversant with fleet management. Their roles are as follows:
1. Sales and Marketing of Ajira connect telematics and services (vehicle speed governors, vehicle tracking systems, fuel monitoring systems, fleet management systems etc.)
2. Facilitating both theoretical as well as practical hardware and software sessions to customers, end-users and other entities when and where required.
3. Answering questions pertaining to Ajira telematics products, software and/or services offered.
4. Acting as the face of the company and offering exemplary customer service to all clients.
5. Establishing and maintaining relationships with clientele; past, present and future.
6. Carrying out market benchmarking activities to establish competitor product pricing, product offering and other relevant market intelligence in order to review and ensure company’s products meet customers’ expectations.
7. Closing sales (monthly revenue target)
8. Attending weekly sales meetings with the Head of Department
9. Submitting daily reports of sales productivity
10. Acting as the escalation interface between the customer/end user & the rest of the team
