MwalimuPLUS is an intelligent e-tutoring solution that provides personalized learning support for primary-school going children. We are looking for a Junior PHP Developer who can perform the following roles and responsibilities:
Work as part of a small team to build applications for FullStack's clients.
Architect, build and maintain excellent Yii framework applications with clean code.
Further development of complex applications based on PHP, MySQL and Javascript/HTML/jQuery
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the development of complex PHP applications
Very good knowledge in the areas of performance, scalability and security
Efficient, results-driven implementation
2+ years of professional experience working with Yii framework.
Ability to take over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure
you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both inregards to estimates and to general process.
Ability to identify with the goals of applications, and dedicate yourself todelivering on the commitments you and your team make.
A positive mindset and can-do attitude.
Forensic attention to detail.
English Skills (ability to effectively communicate via written and spoken english).

Efficient implementation of demanding development tasks with timeline specific.
Integration of new modules and application functions into the existing GUI and framework
Development from technical conception to frontend/backend implementation and testing
Consulting regarding system and environment architecture as well as new functionalities
Work as part of a small , which will include other React Native developers, a
project manager, QA professional, and a designer.
Complete two week sprints and participate in sprint retrospectives and dailystandups.
Interface with clients via Slack, Meetings, Zoom, and email.
